Associate Executive Director
Coordinates the Association's professional development and educational
activities. Annually reviews all ISTA test standards and coordinates
the operating policies governing the licensing, certification and accreditation
programs of the association.

Director of Member Services
Coordinates all aspects of membership including the ISTA "Preshipment
Transit Tested Program", Laboratory and Package certification,
current Member Services and Member Development.

Education Manager
Coordinates the activities related to the administration and delivery
of the ISTA educational programs including conferences, seminars, workshops
and the Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional program.
Kathy A. Joneson - kjoneson@ista.org
Marketing Manager
Coordinates the marketing plans of the organizational units. Creates
the Preshipment Testing Newsletter, Resource Book and marketing material
for educational programs.

Business and Accounting Manager
Coordinates the daily financial transactions of the association.

Support Coordinator
Assists with order fulfillment, test report processing, dues processing
and general office support.
