The 2023 ISTA European Packaging Symposium will be held 27-28 September in Amsterdam, Netherlands at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. New Track: Temperature-Sensitive Life Science Product Distribution
A dedicated track focused on Temperature-Sensitive Life Science Product Distribution has been added to the program! Topics include innovative cold chain packaging solutions, temperature monitoring strategies, sustainability case studies, design qualification guidance, mechanical testing best practices, emerging technologies and more.

For the first time, we're offering in-person training for ISTA's Packaging Dynamics Professional (ISTA PDP) Certification program prior to the symposium on 26 September. This training covers all six courses required to obtain your ISTA Packaging Dynamics Professional (ISTA PDP) Certification. Once you complete these courses and pass the exam, you will receive your certification as an ISTA Packaging Dynamics Professional!

The Call for Speakers is now open for the ISTA Forum, including TransPack & TempPack events, happening on April 22-24, 2024 in San Diego, California! Don't miss this chance to showcase your knowledge and insights in the packaging industry. Deadline to submit an abstract is September 29th.

 





The 2023 ISTA China Packaging Symposium will be held in Huangshan, Anhui on October 19-20, 2023 and your invited to submit an abstract. The Symposium is hosted by International Safe Transit Association China Division and presented by China Packaging Research & Test Center and China Packaging Research Institute. Deadline to submit an abstract is Friday, August 11!
 




ISTA Load Stability Workgroup Seeks Industry Collaboration & Load Stability Samples. As the workgroup strives to enhance load stability and minimize damage during transportation and storage, samples are needed highlighting known load stability field damages.
 



ISTA Standards Council Seeks Industry Collaboration & India Field Damage Samples. ISTA’s Standards Council is seeking industry collaboration and expertise to develop targeted packaging tests for the Indian market. Specifically, samples of known field damages that occurred in India to validate ISTA’s proposed India test protocol are needed. 

 





We're excited to announce that ISTA 3L Generalized E-commerce Retailer Fulfillment Test is now available in PackSight. ISTA 3L is a research-based, data-driven testing protocol that allows users to evaluate a packaged product’s capability to withstand the supply chain hazards experienced when transporting and handling packaged-products from receipt into any e-commerce retailer fulfillment operation through to the end consumer.
 


Thanks to user feedback, we have added a new dashboard chart to the Analytics tab.
Now, labs can quickly see the number of tests they have run for each customer or other entity they do testing for. To find the chart, navigate to the Analytics tab and scroll to the bottom of the dashboard.
