ISTA is Seeking Proposals on the following Research Project: Distribution Environment Data Collection Project: Latin America (Brazil and Mexico).
The work sought in this RFP is the creation of a technical report detailing the transport modes, storage, and handling involved in the distribution of CPGs, including “last segments”, in the representative land routes in Brazil and Mexico. The deadline to submit a proposal is September 12, 2025.

We’re thrilled to announce that Hasselt University has received the very first €4,000 research grant from the ISTA European Advisory Board! This funding will support the research project, “The Impact of Recycled Content and Multiple Reprocessing Cycles on the Performance of Polyethylene Stretch Film for Palletised Loads.”
The research is led by Master's sudent Lore Gielkens, along with Prof. Dr. Roos Peeters and Dr. Ing. Bram Bamps from Hasselt University. As part of this award, Lore will present her findings at the upcoming ISTA Forum Europe, happening October 7–8 in Barcelona, Spain. We congratulate Lore and her mentors on this achievement and look forward to seeing the outcomes of their important work!
