ISTA Global Board Updates
At its annual meeting following the 2026 ISTA Forum USA in Phoenix, Arizona, the Global Board of Directors welcomed two new directors and elected new officers.
Rodney Prater of SC Johnson was elected Chair, and Anthony Rizzo of Cold Chain Technologies was elected Vice Chair. The Global Board also confirmed the appointment of Brent Nelson of Meta as ISTA Global Board Sustainability Committee Chair. Brent, along with Jennifer Shorkey of RJW Logistics Group, were elected as at-large Directors. Jim Thomson of Walmart was re-elected to his second term as an at-large Director.
ISTA extends its sincere appreciation to Immediate Past Chair Nora Crivello of WESTPAK, Inc. for her leadership over the past two years, as well as to outgoing board members Rebecca Spain of The Home Depot, William Green of IBM, and Eric Joneson of TransPak for their dedicated service and meaningful contributions to ISTA’s mission.
